At Playa Norte Rent a Car, we strive to provide the best service and a smooth rental experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policies carefully before booking.

1. Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival to avoid penalties.
• If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival, a penalty fee equivalent to one full day of rental – 24 hours will be charged.
• If you only paid a deposit for your reservation and cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged an additional amount equivalent to one full day of rental – 24 hours.

2. Refunds for Vehicle Issues

• If your golf cart experiences any mechanical issues, our team will assist you as quickly as possible.
• The time spent resolving the issue will be compensated with additional rental time, but no cash refunds will be provided.

3. Early Return Policy

• If you return your golf cart earlier than expected, you may receive a refund for the unused full rental days only.
• Refunds do not apply for unused hours or partial rental days.
• Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the reservation, and it may take up to 48 hours for processing.

4. Cancellation During Rental Period

• If you decide to cancel your rental while using the golf cart, you will be charged for the time used.
• The minimum charge will be for one full rental day – 24 hours, even if you return the golf cart on the same day.
